OWNER & MANAGING DIRECTOR
Rex has been developing companies into world markets since 2002. He developed international trade fairs in many different countries, from Angola to Kazakhstan, at the largest exhibition organiser in Russia, the CIS and Turkey, ITE Group Plc for 8 years. Returning to South Africa in 2012, Rex poured his in-depth international knowledge and experience into launching Catalyze.

Amanda is a people’s person and likes to work with emerging talent to develop techniques and give them the ability to reach their potential. Working with our team gives me great inspiration and I love seeing the individuals grow and constantly stepping out of their comfort zones to achieve amazing success.
CHIEF OF STAFF
As Chief of Staff, Lesley drives operational excellence, organisational effectivenes, and strategic execution. She has extensive experience across shared services, HR, finance administration, systems, and customer operations, with a strong focus on process optimisation, compliance, and team leadership. Before Catalyze, she held senior operational leadership roles.
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Penny joined Catalyze in 2016, her role was developing new industries covering sectors such as medical devices, global business services, oil and gas and technology. Now an expert in key industry markets, Penny is now Catalyze’s Operations Manager, managing and overseeing all aspects of the company operations.
