SA lays out a spread of food and wine in Shanghai

CAPE TOWN, Nov 10 (ANA) – China’s industrial engine may be slowing, but the people’s appetite for delicious new tastes continues to grow, and South African food and wine producers will be laying out a fine spread at two big international shows this week in Shanghai.

Food and Hotel China (FHC 2015), the 19th edition of China’s global food and hospitality trade show, and ProWine China 2015, the third international trade fair for wine and spirits, are running in neighbouring halls at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre from Wednesday 11 to Friday 13 November.

The South African pavilion at ProWine China is organised by Wines of South Africa in partnership with the Department of Trade and Industry, while the country’s participation at FHC is organised by the Western Cape government. – African News Agency (ANA)
